Ingredients: Aronia Berries, Dried Apple Pieces, Dried Pear Pieces, Dried Blackcurrants, Hibiscus, Strawberry Leaves & Stevia Leaves.

Directions:
• 1 heaped teaspoon = 2.5g- 3,5g (depends on density) of loose leaf tea per 250 ml (8,5 oz) of boiled water.
• Steep according to preference.
