Return
We trust you will love your Tlou Tea blends, but there may be occasions when you feel it’s necessary to return an item. If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Tlou Tea within three working days of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, if you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we are unable to assist with a credit for the product. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@tloutea.co.za.
