Ordering

Please note: We only process orders during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. If you place an order after 4:00pm during the week or during the weekend, your order will only be processed the next working day.

Shipping

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Tlou Tea currently couriers to all major areas nationwide. We use couriers that ensure we can get your order delivered to you fast and efficiently. Allow 3-5 working days from placing your order until delivery to your door. Delivery time depends on location, transport delays, and weather.

• If you spend less than R1499, delivery is a flat fee of R90 nationwide
• If you spend R1500 or more you get FREE delivery nationwide

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. This tracking number is assigned by the courier provider and will be sent to you via email/SMS, along with further tracking information, as soon as it leaves our Johannesburg distribution centre.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping as of yet. However, we are looking to share Tlou Tea with our tea lovers from across the globe in the near future.
