Ingredients: Peppermint Leaves & Stinging Nettle Leaves.
What’s to love:
• Crisp and clean.
•Naturally caffeine-free.
• Great served hot or iced
Directions:
• 1 heaped teaspoon = 2.5g- 3,5g (depends on density) of loose leaf tea per 250 ml (8,5 oz) of boiled water.
• Steep for 3 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
